- a repaired tear in the upper margin at right (circa 30 mm.).
- a repaired tear in the centre left margin (circa 20 mm.).
- a small repaired paper loss at the tip of the lower left sheet corner.
- pale light-staining in the margins.
- inscribed in pencil with the number 28065 in the upper right corner recto.
- inscribed Mrs Fain in pencil in the lower right corner verso.
- the subject generally in good condition.
