- remains of plastic and paper tape on all four sheet edges, verso.

- the full sheet, with deckle edges at left and right.
- indistinctly inscribed Grimm portfolio in pen and sepia ink verso.
- faint time staining across the sheet.
- a 5mm. paper pressure mark at the lower left of the plate.
- areas of surface dirt in the margins.
- three foxmarks in the lower margin.
- soft cockling at the left and right sheet edges.
