The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet.
- extremely pale light-staining.
- some very pale surface dirt near the sheet edges recto and verso.
- a few pale foxspots verso, not visible recto.
- very light skinning at the extreme left and right sheet edges verso (resultant from previous hinging), only visible in a raking light.
- the publisher's inkstamp verso slightly faded.
Otherwise as described and in generally good condition.
