The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- with wide margins, presumably the full sheet.
- unobtrusive, pale scattered foxing.
- very pale light-staining.
- few small spots and stains in the margins.
- the upper right sheet corner creased.
- some other minor creases and some light surface dirt in the margins.
- some pencil inscriptions by different hands in the lower left sheet corner recto.
Otherwise as described and generally in good condition.
