The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the sheet laid down onto stiff white card.
- with wide margins, probably the full sheet.
- the colours fresh and bright.
- some mottled foxing, mainly in the margins.
- time staining at the extreme sheet edge, mostly at right.
- a small, stamp-like paper label, inscribed in blue crayon AS, at the centre of the support sheet verso.
Otherwise as described and generally in good condition.
