The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet
- the colours bright and fresh, the signature not faded.
- a deep, vertical, curved pressure mark on the grey at upper right (approx. 230 mm.).
- two other, softer and shorter pressure marks in the lower margin at left and right (approx. 130 and 40 mm.), mostly visible in raking light.
- the sheet slighty wavy, it has always been stored rolled and never framed.
- two small areas of skinning/surface losses on the printed white at centre (approx. 8 x 14 mm. and 5 x 30 mm., respectively).
- some folds/handling creases in the margins and sheet edges (more promiment in the right margin at centre), some softer ones on the printed surface, mostly visible in raking light.
- two soft folds in the lower margin at right.
- a small, pale moisture stain at the lower sheet edge (approx 15 x 50 mm.), pale time staining at the sheet edges, minor pale toning overall verso.
- some offsetting in the left margin.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
