The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheets.
- the colours fresh and bright.
- the prints loose (as issued).
- in the original paper wrappers with title on the front.
- all within the original sand-coloured, canvas-covered box with title on the front, and with the names of the artist, author and publisher on the spine.
- some very minor surface dirt at the edges of the bottom of the box.
