- most with white paper hinges at the upper sheet corners verso, some with a small hinge at the lower sheet edge centre verso.
- plate 1 with a tiny loss at the tip of the lower right sheet corner.
- plate 4 with the lower right sheet corner provisionally re-attached with adhesive tape.
- plate 7 with a tiny paper loss at the lower left sheet edge.
- plate 12 with a 20 mm. tear at upper left corner, backed with adhesive tape.
- plate 14 with a very short tear (5 mm.) in the lower right sheet corner.
- plate 15 with a 15 mm. horizontal tear in the lower right sheet corner.
- plate 18 with a slightly jagged lower sheet edge (probably as issued).
- plate 20 with some very pale, unobtrusive light-staining.
