The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet, with deckle edges above and below.
- pale light- and mount staining staining in the margins.
- time staining along the sheet edges.
- a small foxmark at upper left.
- a couple of pinpoint foxmarks elsewhere.
- hinged in two places at the upper sheet edge on the reverse, with associated pale staining visible recto.
- inscribed in pencil with the Duthuit number 484 (another erased number underneath) in the lower left sheet corner.
- some backboard staining verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
