The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with a deckle edge below.
- with pale light-staining in the margins.
- a foxmark in the upper centre.
- a few other, occassional unobtrusive pinpoint foxmarks elsewhere.
- hinged in two places at the upper sheet edge, and remains of former hinges at the lower corners verso, with associated pale staining visible recto.
- backboard staining on the reverse, with associated brown staining along the sheet edges recto.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
