- a 30 cm. abrasion near the upper left corner, skilfully repaired.
- several thin spots to upper left and lower sheet, visible when back-lit.
- a fox mark in the upper right subject.
- another small mark at the lower right corner.
- the sheet loose, separate from the frontispiece text to which it was attached when issued.
