The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- with wide margins, presumably the full sheet.
- a small foxmark on the lower platemark to the left of the signature.
- a small area of skinning in the lower margin at the right corner.
- unobtrusive creases at the upper sheet corners.
- soft handling creasing in the margins, only visible in raking light.
- a small adhesive label in the lower right corner verso.
- with two glacine hinges at the upper sheet edge on the reverse.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
