The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- with wide margins, the lower sheet edge slightly irregularly trimmed.
- a pale grey fox spot in the right margin with occasional and unobtrusive scattered foxing in places.
- with a few soft handling creases (only visible in a raking light).
