- the sheets with pale time-staining, predominantly near the sheet edges, recto and verso.
- occasional and unobtrusive pinpoint foxspots visible in some of the sheets.
- Plate 10 with a diagonal crease (circa 30 mm.) in the lower left corner.
- some sheets with some light cockling (mainly visible in a raking light).
- the portfolio case with some light wear and minor scuffs.
