The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- fractionally trimmed on three sides.
- the sheet with some pale time-staining and foxing.
- a soft handling crease at the lower left corner and other minor handling creases, mainly visible in a raking light.
- a fine indentation at the lower sheet edge, at left, extending circa 110 mm. into the subject, mainly visible in a raking light.
- some time-staining and light rubbing visible verso.
Otherwise as described and generally in good condition.
