The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with a deckle edge on two sides.
- some pale time-staining visible near the sheet edges.
- very occasional and unobtrusive pinpoint foxspots, predominantly in the margins.
- some handling creases visible in the upper margin and light cockling at the sheet edges, mainly visible in a raking light.
- two pinpoint holes at the extreme upper and lower composition, presumably caused from the registration of the work.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
