The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet, with a deckle edge below.
- the colours fresh and bright.
- occasional handling creases in the margins and sheet edges, mainly visible in a raking light.
- a foxspot at the upper left sheet edge, with other very occasional and pale pinpoint foxspots in the margins.
- some pale, stray ink visible in the upper and right margins.
- some very pale red finger prints visible in the lower and right margins.
- a fine, vertical indentation along the extreme right sheet edge, with some minor dirt.
- some very light cockling at the left and right sheet edges, mainly visible in a raking light.
Otherwise as described and generally in very good condition.
