The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with a deckle edge at right.
- the colours fresh and bright.
- a pale brown stain in the lower right sheet corner.
- two small creases at the upper left sheet edge, mainly visible in a raking light.
- some light and unobtrusive cockling at the upper and lower left sheet edges, mainly visible in a raking light.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
