The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the colours fresh.
- very pale and unobtrusive staining in the upper right subject.
- some handling creases at the sheet edges, predominantly visible at the right and lower sheet edges.
- two small, pale handling marks near the right sheet edge.
- a tiny area of stray printing ink near the extreme left sheet edge.
- some cockling at the sheet edges.
