The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with a deckle edge below.
- the colours very fresh.
- an unobtrusive vertical printer's crease (circa 150 mm.) in the centre of the image, mainly visible in a raking light.
- the sheet with some soft handling creases, predominantly in the margins and mainly visible in a raking light.
- some cockling at the left and right sheet edges.
- a few pinpoint fox marks verso, not showing through recto.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
