The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with deckle edges above and below.
- some unobtrusive pale grey handling marks in the left margin.
- a few minor and unobtrusive creases in the margins (mainly visible in a raking light).
- the upper right corner with a small diagonal crease (40 mm.)
- a band of pale brown toning along the right sheet edge verso, very faintly showing recto.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
