Stones

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheets, with deckle edges at left and right.
- lacking plate V.
- plate III: with a hard vertical crease along the upper left sheet edge; a band of pale toning along the upper sheet edge.
- plate IV: with a few pale foxmarks near the upper right sheet edge; a few pale handling marks at upper left.
- some toning and wear to the portfolio cover.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
