The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheets, each with a deckle edge below.
- the colours fresh and bright.
- a few soft handling indentations in the lower margins (only visible in a raking light).
- L'arondelle with stray printing ink and pale yellow handling marks along the sheet edges recto.
- La Saison d'Été with time-staining at the extreme right sheet edge and a very short nick at the lower right sheet edge.
- the sheets with pale handling marks at the sheet edges verso.
