The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- with wide margins.
- inscribed and titled "Litho, Boven en Onder" in pencil (lower right).
- pale mount-staining near the sheet edges.
- four pin holes in the margins near the image corners, presumably for the purposes of registration.
- two surface abrasions in the upper margin near the corners recto, associated with the removal of old hinges.
- two old paper hinges at the upper sheet edge recto.
- occasional pale foxing in the margins.
- back-board staining verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
