Deux Clowns

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- printed to the edges of the full sheet, with deckle edges at left and below.
- the colours attenuated.
- a 8 mm. tear at the lower right sheet edge (just outside the purple).
- some handling creases, mainly visible in raking light.
- a pinpoint foxmark in the white, lower centre.
- some tiny indentations in the white at lower right.
- various remains of adhesive tape and backboard staining verso.
- some pencil and ballpoint pen inscriptions verso.
