The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- inscribed in pencil on the reverse Litho de Pablo Picasso / Collecion de Marie Thérèse Walter / MT. Walter / Novembre 1973, presumably by Marie Thérèse Walter; also inscribed 14th etat in pencil verso, probably by another hand, possibly Fernand Mourlot.
- pale mount staining.
- some occasional pinpoint foxmarks in the margins.
- remains of old paper tape at the upper edges verso, with some minor abrasions associated with removal of tape.
- pale backboard staining verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
