The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet.
- the colours very fresh and bright.
- a small stain at the upper left sheet edge.
- a pale handling mark below the remarque.
- a faint, flattened diagonal crease in the upper margin.
- brown hinging tape at the upper sheet edge verso, showing through very faintly recto.
