Brushstroke

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- with margins.
- the colours slightly darkened but still strong.
- the sheet with time-staining.
- faint traces of pencil beneath the '232' numbering.
- two small areas of cracking in the printed black of the brushstroke.
- occasional and unobtrusive rubbing visible in the printed black.
- the sheet taped at various places along the sheet edge verso, the reverse therefore unexamined.
- the upper and lower left corners with minor creasing, mainly visible in a raking light and pinpoint holes in each corner.
Otherwise as described and in generally good condition.
