The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Pool of Tears, with minor scuffs and dirt marks to the folder
- All in the Golden afternoon with a few dark fox spots to the folder
- one of four heliogravures examined out of the frame and in good condition
The box
- some wear to the leather spine
- one clasp missing, the other with damaged leather, as is common with this box
