The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- pale light-staining, the pink attenuated.
- with dark discoloration at the edges.
- with some oil bleeding in places from the inks used by the artist .
- a small indentation/crease at the upper sheet edge.
- a crease at the lower left corner; another short crease in the right margin.
- minor handling creases towards the sheet edges.
