The coat-of-arms is that of Godolphin ensigned by a baron's coronet, probably for Francis Godolphin Osborne (18 October, 1777 - 15 February, 1850), the first Baron Godolphin, second son of Francis Osborne (1751 - 1799), 5th Duke of Leeds, and his wife Amelia Darcy, Marchioness of Carmarthen, 12th Baroness Darcy de Knayth, 9th Baroness Conyers, 5th Countess of Mértola.
