The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The Bulgari comprising a small cup incised with a crown, marked Rome, 1977; and a pair of petal lobed salt cellars, marked Rome; the Odiot comprising a traveling cup holder and cover applied with bees, with Lorraine crystal glass insert, the silver marked on base and to rim of cover, marked for first standard; and a silver-gilt and blue enameled goblet, marked on rim, marked for first standard; the Lalaounis comprising a small silver globular bowl, marked on base
The lot presents very well overall.
The Bulgari tumbler with traces of gilding overall, very worn on exterior now. Light areas of tarnish and the tumbler would benefit from a cleaning. 2 ½ in. high
The pair of salts with gilt washed interiors, also incised with a double chevron. One salt with a minute nick to the silver floriform rim. Minor surface scratches to each customary of age. 2 3/8 in. wide
The traveling cup and cover with traces of gilding in areas, some very worn. The applied bees likely gilt but now very worn. A few of the bees with bent antenae or losses to the legs. The interior with residue from light use. The cover in lovely condition. The glass tumbler with some glue residue to the rim, not removable. 6 ½ in. high, overall
The enamel and silver-gilt goblet with some losses to the blue enamel, in parcitular along the scroll work on the body and to the foot rim. Some areas of tarnish to the silver-gilt on exterior and to the interior.
The Greek silver bowl with a planish surface overall from manufacture. A few small bruises to the bowl at its widest near one handle. Light scratches to the interior and along the base customary of age and use. 3 ¾ in. wide, at widest.
