The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The set of glasses and the silver-plate tray in overall lovely condition. There are slight imperfections and discolored areas to the silver inlay and the silver lip rims on the tumblers. Most of the tumblers still with applied gold sticker from manufacture. The tray with small nicks to the handles. There are pooling fill-ins along the pierced gallery where it meets the field of the tray. There are minor nicks to the field.
