Zuzek worked everyday during the quarter century from 1962-1985 creating original works of art which were enjoyed by millions of consumers. The only other person to make claim to this extraordinary dedication of time was Lilly. On the reverse of this watercolor, depicting a Bengal tiger, there is a handwritten note from Pulitzer that reads 'Print too big - would like scaled down or redone to 1/2 of this' and signed 'Lilly' in Pulitzer's highly recognizable signature. The scaled down print did eventually appear on garments in multiple color ways.
