The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged along the upper edge to the mat and undulates slightly. Faint soft handling creases are visible along the edges. Artist's pinholes and minor surface abrasions are visible to the extreme edges. Faint surface soiling and a few pinpoint accretions are visible occasionally, not visible when framed. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
