The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound and in working condition. All elements appear to be present. The power cables feature euro 2-pin plugs. There are some handling marks and other small defects to the wooden frames. The corners are softly worn. (ii) There are hairline abrasions and minor accretions to the upper left edge of the frame. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall good condition.
