The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There is some very minor surface dust and spots of surface dirt in places. There are some pinpoint paint-losses to the extreme corners. There are some hairline abrasions and minor scuff marks in places only visible under raking light. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall very good condition.
