The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There is some rubbing to the lower horizontal edge and left vertical edge of the frame, with some associated paint loses. The glue that fixates the letters W of the word ‘new’ and the first M and T of ‘management’ has dried, making them loose in their rails. There is a minor spot from reverse in the letter 'a' of 'Pizzeria'. There is minor surface dust in the recesses of the letter rails. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall good condition.
