The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There is a very minor loss to the Plexiglas to the extreme upper left corner. The work is accompanied by a signed label. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall very good condition.
