The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The canvasses, stretchers and attachments are in generally good condition. There are some minor accretions to the left canvas. There are two pinhead losses in the upper right quadrant of the left canvas. There is some minor surface dirt throughout. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall good condition.
