The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to be present. This work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed and dated by the artist. This is an indoor or outdoor work, but always placed on a flat, man-made surface. There is some oxidation visible on some of the stones, in keeping with the natural aging of the material used. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall very good condition.
