The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Not examined out of the frame. The work is structurally sound. The work appears to be flush-mounted on the reverse to the underlying support. There are some surface scratches to the plexiglass. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall very good condition.
