The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There is a very minor loss to the lower right corner. There is a pinpoint dent in the mirror between the letter 'K' of 'Unknown' and in the upper right area. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall very good condition.
