The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There are some pinpoint paint-losses to the extreme corners of the base. There are some superficial minor abrasions to the upper part of the work. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our view that this work appears to be in overall very good condition.
