Lot Essay
This Speedmaster was made in 1994 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission of 1969 that put the first humans and first Speedmaster on the Moon. It is one of a limited production of 500 pieces in white gold. It is rare to find Speedmasters made in white gold and this is a watch with strong aesthetic appeal.
According to the Archives of OMEGA the present watch was manufactured in 1994 and delivered to Italy on May 26, 1999.
