Lot Essay
OMEGA introduced the Seamaster in 1948 and it remains a cornerstone of OMEGA's collection today. This Seamaster 200 reference 166.091 has the visually attractive triangle at 12 o'clock and black date wheel. It also has the simple 200 signature on the dial rather than also including the depth rating in feet. The bezel is original and has three dots under the 10, three dots under the 20, and two dots under the 30. Overall, the look of this dive watch is extremely attractive and it would be a great watch for a beginning or advanced collector.
According to the Archives of OMEGA the present watch was manufactured on June 27, 1973 and delivered to Belgium.
