Case: 18k gold, rope-twist decorated bezel, curved pavé-set diamond sides, set within 18k gold Patek Philippe rope twist decorated bracelet consisting of alternating teardrop-shaped chrysoprase, black onyx and pavé-set diamond links, together with a similarly decorated Patek Philippe 18k gold, chrysoprase, black onyx and diamond-set necklace, 34mm diam.; overall length of bracelet approx. 165mm., overall length of necklace 50.8 cm.
