Lot Essay

Consigned by a French Lady, the presently offered wristwatch is a very attractive example of a “Big Red” Daytona reference 6265. Offered with its box and Rolex guarantee, the wristwatch was consigned at Christie’s only very recently, previously hidden away in France and the property of an owner who only recently discovered the true value of the wristwatch. With a name derived from the bright red "Daytona" designation, the chronograph has become a highly sought-after model in today's market, establishing itself as a strong favourite for many.
