The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

La tela è leggermente allentata e ha alcune craquelure lineari in corrispondenza dell’angolo superiore destro.

Segni di battuta del telaio in corrispondenza del lato sinistro.
Esaminata alla luce ultravioletta, presenta una gocciolatura verticale a sinistra della torre verso il centro, una abrasione a destra della punta della torre e un alone in corrispondenza del margine superiore.
Tenuto conto di quanto sopra, è nostra opinione che l’opera sia in condizioni di conservazione buone.

Support and paint film in good condition, not lined.
The canvas is slightly loose and there are some linear cracks corresponding to the upper right corner.
A linear crack along the tower.
Stretcher marks along the left margin.
Examined under ultraviolet light, there are a vertical dripping on the left of the tower at the centre, an abrasion on the right of the top of the tower and and halo corresponding to the upper edge.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
