1. A round iron tsuba with eight pierced circles, decorated with stylised snow flakes in gilt copper level inlay
2. A rounded-square iron tsuba, decorated in silver level inlay with a dragon among clouds and halo marks
3. A lobed mokko iron tsuba with eight pierced circles with stylised floral emblems, decorated with stylised snow flakes in gilt copper level inlay
4. A lobed mokko iron tsuba with flowering plum beneath the crescent moon behind clouds in silver level inlay
5. A round iron tsuba inlayed in brass with a fisherman hauling his net among waves beneath the moon, the reverse with a landing stage and waves
6. A lobed mokko iron tsuba decorated with paulownia in silver and gilt inlay and scrolling vine, hitsuana holes plugged with lead
7. A lobed mokko iron tsuba decorated with scrolling clematis in gilt copper level inlay
8. A round iron tsuba decorated in silver level inlay and gilt with two dragons and auspicious emblems
9. An iron tsuba in wavy profile with gilt rim, inlayed in high relief with shibuichi, shakudo, copper and gilt, depicting a long-tailed bird and a maple branch, the reverse with another maple tree, signed Rakurakusai Kazutoshi
10. An oval copper tsuba, carved in high relief with the battle of Kawanakajima, gilt details
11. An oval tsuba of high-silver alloy, roundly carved with sea waves, gold and silver spray inlay
12. A lobed mokko brass tsuba, carved and inlaid in high relief with copper and gilt, depicting a flying bat beneath the silver-inlayed moon, signed Miboku (late Hamano school)
13. A large rounded square iron tsuba with the rim in the form of jointed bamboo, carved in high relief with a dragon, gilt eyes, hitsuana holes with silver rims, worn signature
14. A large robust iron tsuba, pierced with a cross and four crescents
Sizes range from 5.6cm. – 10.5cm. diam.
